Slow Motion – High Intensity- Low Force Exercise was designed to help individuals of all ages and gender to achieve their genetic potential in the most efficient, safest and effective way possible.
This program provides a personal approach to each client’s needs and limitations, while staying true to the slow motion, high intensity, low force strength training. When teaching this program we can show you why your body reacts the way it does to exercise and then we will support you in establishing healthy and life long habits.
At Strength for Living Studio we provide the environment to foster close relationships between the trainer and the client. The quiet atmosphere permits clients to share personal goals. fears and concerns with their instructor. We are aware of the courage it takes for clients to start an exercise program and the vulnerability they often feel by walking into a gym. It is our job to make you feel safe, so you can experience the greatest chance of success.
New habits take quite a bit of effort for most people. A Personal Trainer should be a role model of healthy living. We should inspire and guide to the best of our knowledge. We are not salesmen, we are instructors.
